Have you ever went someplace… and you saw someone who you know from what we call apart of our sacred circuit and then out of no where someone describes another person in its entirety? Jesus knows I have seen things in my life coming out of the church. Remember I was raised in the church and I still haven’t seen it all. When people who have such a disdain for church I listen. One reason I listen I know that ” many” times leaders when it comes to their sheep they are BLIND. I had my experiences as youth how religious and nuts Christians can be all at the same time. It is my outspokenness that make a lot of pastors nervous. You can’t tell me how to tell it, If I am telling lies call me on it! But they can’t. We have made wrongs to be the new right. We have been brainwashed to believe that imperfection is confused with perversion and ungodliness.
I have been where people mouths drop because you have another version of the story. They try their best to clean up what they are saying only to get stoned wall with another perspective of who you thought you knew? True Stories… Instead of checking it out…they render the rebuttal let me pray about it. What is there to pray about when wrong is out in the open? What is there to seek God about when someone is hungry? What is there to turn your head from and can’t face the truth tellers in your establishment…and like Jesus call them the church troublemakers because they wont play the game? They know me, and I know them…
First story, someone pulled up a gas station and saw their church bus or van. Out come one of the so-called radical Christians and one of their pastors picks selling drugs and not Jesus. Everyone loathes him because it was no hidden secret just denial. And by oh by the way… “Everyone knows he sells drugs even out of the church”… this was normal!
Second story, A known Bishop in Chicago, has a history of always preaching about sex. His entire sermons were around sex. He would discuss the nature in such great details all your needed was pictures. This man was known even in my childhood a history of sexual scandals even the impregnation of disable teen pregnant by one of his nasty ministers. Everything that basically came out of this particular ministry focused on planting seeds to go and get it. Seriously! His faithful foolish follower soak up the madness like a homemade biscuit dipped in gravy. He was nuts! The church was full of known perversion of any kind. But let him tell it red lipstick was a sign of the devil… His story ended being found unresponsive mentally at an adult porn story… Yep… figure that one out!
Third story, The prophet… He needed his female Parishioners to wear low-cut dresses to display their breasts…and no underwear and sit on the front row. His business stayed erect in front of the church. And their were some who was uncomfortable but remained quiet…and said this must be God.
Oh it got worse…because women know that regardless of how clean you are just wear panty hose…ettiquite requires that you need underwear and just say the church wont smell the freshest.
I know you are like OMG… Is she serious? Yes, I have seen some stuff in my life but as a minister just say… sometimes the world looks better and a lot nicer. This isn’t about getting shock value … it’s about how crazy we willing to allow things to go and call it apart of God. I will boldly paint a broad brush… If you follow any religious institution today. So many have forms of god but deny his true power. Regardless of your favorite denomination. There is arsenic in many our pews. The leading of God requires a consistent diligence and it is about discipline. Most people can’t keep their mouths closed for 30 minutes. Others get a kick out of being in the spot light and to hell with the rest.
One of the hottest discussions about Christian and among Christians still centers around vanity instead major issues. I am still trying to understand why is there so much concerns with money, and power instead of witness. No matter how much one would like the change personal appearance it does nothing for all the “ugly” personalities I see. Although, we hear in the church…It ain’t about money, the car, the home…I say, it’s all about that and a little bit more. The concentration level of what one label as Christian keeps me on the edge.
And I am not offended when people have issues with Christians. I have them as well. Somethings I see are embarrassment brought to the to the Body Of Christ as a whole. Some people have been in the same church since children…and if you have interactions with them. You know why they never left. Spiritually mature doesn’t mean diamond card member sometimes it means they need to stay where they are because no one wants a another spiritually retarded grown person bringing more trouble. People want to be the next superstar in the pulpit. Power is addictive to any of us. God has a way of keeping who “he called” humble and absent of the big head.
We act as if competitiveness isn’t the number one motivator for the pseudo Christians. I have seen some almost kill themselves for a pastor attention They are just thirsty for power and to be seen. And many pastors suck this up as loyalty it’s …. Last time I checked it was called mentally ill.
Their main objective has nothing to do with Christ too many leaders lie about it… I just tell it. They are caught up into being looked upon. This cause Lucifer his home and it will embarrass and cause many pastors to fall as well.
We have a church full of actors and actresses and apart of their true spiritual DNA is to sell you! What in the world do we call spiritual maturity? A lack of maturity for any woman or man of God is when they can’t be delivered from making themselves the center of their universe. God isn’t getting the glory… that is why some of them try to do it out of their will instead of God’s because God really doesn’t approve of a lot of junk done in his name.
My question is not about selling but who you are when you are no longer acting? Regardless of who we are and where we come from…the church is the last place people is where to be a fake. It has gotten deep in the church because there is a fading away of what is respectful and what isn’t. When leaders don’t find anything wrong with how they represent themselves it’s clearly in the bible the pattern in which one should walk. I see a lot of distortion.
People like myself were told…we weren’t good enough, your weird… people don’t see into future let alone see visions and picture shows of what is present. You are rejected for being a Christian for real…and for telling people the real struggles instead of pretending you don’t have them. My boldness has gotten me in a lot of trouble many times with leaders I once respected! I was considered armed and dangerous for having common sense, reading my bible and pay attention to more of your actions than your speech. I was dangerous to the underground world of hypocrites that are supposed to be leaders. I found many of them not only phony but having dual lifestyles! I found that many of them made a fool out of the church and the faithful followers were often deceived by the status instead of the God in them. There was no God.
They want me to stay quiet about the messiness. I can’t and I wont!!! I don’t want to be bothered with looking at the people fall to the waste side spiritually following cons. Some play their slickness off with just enough Jesus to trap a person in. With some all you have do is show up in a push up bra. They are really drawn in by same mindset and of the flesh.
Many believe discipleship is without discipline… We have so much of this craziness passed on as it’s normal. There is nothing normal about a pastor who lack penis and eye control. There is nothing normal about priests who molest children. There is nothing normal about the church reprobates running ministries. If we read and study the bible we realize that so many of our churches are not only out sync…God isn’t governing the church…the church is run by flesh. If the HOLY SPIRIT was allowed to run their “shows”… The outpouring of God’s spirit will bring conviction.
We can’t sell to the world what we are not! I tell it because it frees people up from feeling condemned for not being there. I was never sold on church… I sold on Christ. No church is perfect but I warn stay away from the church that appear together and full of messiness
