On yesterday… a gentleman by the name of Charles C. Veley came to St. Sabina… to visit Father Pfleger… To tell and share of his purpose and what his mission was.
He said, “He heard about” Father Pfleger’s march for peace on the streets and wanted to meet with such a man”.
In his hand he had his banner and his T-Shirt to be signed as he went on his mission to stop by certain areas to tell of his story of how violence had been afflicted on his life and his experiences in life lead him to be stand for something and set his “sights” higher!
I personally, don’t know him and have never heard of him until yesterday. As he begin to tell a smidgen of his story. He expressed his concerns about violence. He then had me to sign his poster… and his T-shirt…because he was riding for things that greatly influenced negative situations and certain forms of violence that has violated and hindered his life…
His main cause for his journey bike ride to bring awareness …gun violence, domestic violence and his personal physical fitness… He tends to ride his bike from his hometown of Toledo, Ohio to Los Angeles California.
Mr. Veley, believes this his mission, so why not support him! I wish Charles much success and PLEASE… pray for his protection, and progression!
